About theRelationship ManagerRole:

My client is the UK's leading independent facilitator of Invoice Finance. They serve a range of clients, from successful family-run businesses, through to some of the industry's best-known brands.

They have recently secured over £1bn in funding to lend outthis coming year, so are looking for Relationship Manager to help manage their growing portfolio.


As
Relationship Manageryour roles and responsibilities include:

  • To proactively managing the client relationship, seeking opportunities, and determining a strategy to effectively manage the risk and prolong the client life.
  • To lead and inspire the Client Services Managers to deliver an excellent operational service to the client business through their team.
  • Through personal risk expertise, identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client.

Monitoring client's financial performance, identifying opportunities and risk. Completing facility reviews, underwriting, risk frameworks and client visits as determined by the client status

Managing the client service managers,completing JIGSAWs, one to ones, and development reviews. Offers support and guidance where necessary.

Developing and maintaining own networkof business connections in the local area. Upholding the reputation of the business and demonstrating the key behaviours


Key Skills/Experience for Account Manager:

IT Skillscompetent user of all MS Office products

Invoice Finance Background:

-
Numeracy and Analysis of informationis highly numerate and can analyse accounts to enable an informed decision regarding funding and monitor ongoing viability of client business.

Customer Servicerelationship building, provides excellent customer service and understands needs of customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work with clients remotely
