Description
The role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Patient Portal Trainer. Undertaking a wide range of tasks working flexibly to ensure all tasks are completed at all times. The Administrator will be responsible for the booking of training rooms and scheduling training sessions across both sites.
The Administrator will be the first point of contact for enquires and will be responsible for responding to all queries, correspondence and issues within the department.

The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 500,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury.
Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
