Description
The role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Patient Portal Trainer. Undertaking a wide range of tasks working flexibly to ensure all tasks are completed at all times. The Administrator will be responsible for the booking of training rooms and scheduling training sessions across both sites.


The Administrator will be the first point of contact for enquires and will be responsible for responding to all queries, correspondence and issues within the department.

Provide support to Staff in answering enquiries on using the current e-referral/booking services cross site. Assist the Patient Portal team with the management of all Worklists & support any audits required by the service. The post holder must be prepared to telephone patients/consultants and other Key Stake holders.

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.
