Sleep ins paid at £60 with a potential of earning £26,320 - £28,320 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month.

£1000 Bonus after completing Level 3 Diploma for Residential

- This is a wonderful opportunity to _
start or continue_ your career in children's care. This position is working in our home in Great Barr, supporting 3 children with Learning Disabilities. - Every day as a Residential Support Worker is different. You may be accompanying the children to appointments or enabling them to follow their specific interests. Daily you will assist with personal care, complete daily records, and administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

What skills do you need to be a successful Residential Support Worker?

- Driving Licence
Qualification & Experience_
- Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential)
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (for qualified roles only)
