Fantastic opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join an outstanding children's provider in one of their homes based in either Hadfield or Glossop, Derbyshire.


The company has a long-standing reputation of providing high-quality residential care and education to young people who come from a disadvantaged background.

They may be on short-term, intensive crisis intervention work, or longer-term placements as they transition towards semi-independence.


Senior Support Worker Requirements

  • Drivers Licence
  • NVQ Level 34 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children and young people within a residential, educational or youth working environment
  • Previous experience in successfully leading teams or operating as a shift leader.

Senior Support Worker Benefits

  • Salary of £31,000 to £34,000 per annum

  • Supervising as a shift lead or Senior: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential (required)
