  • To liaise with other members of staff, both inside and outside the Trust, on matters relating to MPFT Digital systems, including ensuring actions agreed by Staffordshire and Shropshire Health Informatics Service (S&SHIS), 3rd party led projects and suppliers, are actioned.
  • Manage the diaries of the MPFT Digital Senior Management team and escalating any conflicts with the team.
  • Provide assurance to senior management team for high value orders being action and raised within eproc
  • Ensure the MPFT Digital Requisition log is updated and maintained for all digital orders.

  • Oversee the raising and receipting orders for the whole of the MPFT Digital team in a timely manner & inline with the financial regulations, using the eproc.
  • Provide assurance to senior management team for high value orders being action and raised within eproc
  • Ensure the MPFT Digital Requisition log is updated and maintained for all digital orders.
  • Oversee and where required arrange travel and hotel accommodation, for MPFT Digital staff.
  • Coordinate access for confidential waste collections and/or supporting redundant equipment disposal as and when required.
  • Assist in the production of routine and ad hoc documentation as required using a range of software packages.
  • Responsibility for processing orders of equipment into the systems to an agreed level, both via S&SHIS and directly with external suppliers including:
  • Obtaining order clarifications were requested by senior members of the team.
  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange delivery.
  • Maintenance of internal team ordering spread sheets
  • Completion of SFI waiver forms as requested and processing to completion.
  • Receiving, storage and inventory of deliveries.
