Description
Our client is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join their growing team in central London. The Systems Administrator will play an important part in the administration of the organisation's HR & Payroll system.


Responsibilities:


  • Work towards operational excellence for the HR function, ensuring efficiencies are implemented.
  • Deliver the HR systems and processes roadmap.
  • Manage and document all HR processes and recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of data through all HR systems and processes.
  • Work with the HR Systems Analyst to implement process changes, including process review.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of HR records both in the HR system and in electronic file format ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements, conducting monthly 4eyed review audits and producing monthly HR risk reports.
  • Manage the preemployment checking process and relationship with the Vendor (Vero), including quarterly Vero audits.
  • Ensure the Right to Work requirements and ensure that processes meet current legislative and regulatory requirements and are updated accordingly, including coordinating VISA monitoring by the HR team.

Person Specification:

  • Previous knowledge and experience in process improvement and HR Operations including process improvement methodology e.g. Six Sigma
  • Can indirectly supervise the HR Advisor team to ensure HR processes are carried out correctly and competently.

  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven demonstrable experience in managing successful stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality
  • Ability to drive performance improvement
