Are you ready to make a difference in your community? Were seeking a dedicated Housing Officer for a full-time temporary position in Redbridge.

This role offers a competitive rate of £20.86 per hour UMB and is available for an immediate start.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tenancy audits and maintain detailed records.
Identify vulnerable residents and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure their safety and tenancy sustainability.
Update tenancy details accurately.
Identify hoarders and vulnerable tenants, providing necessary support.


Qualifications and Skills:
Resilient self-starter capable of handling challenging situations.
Comfortable with confrontation and able to think quickly on their feet.
Attention to detail and ability to develop creative solutions.
Must have a full driving license and access to a car for daily use.
Willingness to engage in lone working and visit tenants.


Additional Information:
This is a full-time temporary role for a year, consisting of 36 hours per week.
The position is not a hybrid role and will be based at the Orchard Housing Office.
