About the role:


We are recruiting for a Financial Customer Service Apprentice to provide first class customer service, ongoing administration, problem solving with a fantastic start to your career.

Understand the industry whilst completing the apprentice programme over 12 months
.

Overview of duties:


  • Answering employer/employee queries
  • Maintaining records and complying with regulatory standards
  • Develop a strong and collaborative team relationship with other departments
  • General administration tasks as requested

Person specification:


Knowledge, skills and abilities:


  • Confidence with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • IT skills in the Microsoft Office suite

Education and experience:


  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
  • A levels or equivalent
  • GCSE in English and Maths
