The Opportunity;
We are looking for an individual to join a renowned academic institution on a part time basis as a HR Officer.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting the organisation with general HR support to senior leaders.
- Being the first point of contact for HR related queries.
- HR generalist activity including: HR admin, employee relations, recruitment, employee lifecycle and project work.
- Advising on employment law.
- Maintaining information systems.
- Consulting with Trade Unions as required.
- Assisting with payroll submissions and reports.
Package:
This is a part time position, 16 hours per week over the full year. Term time working arrangements considered. Salary - £23,122 - £28,377 FTE, generous benefits package.
The Person;
- CIPD Level 3 or be working towards.
- Previous HR experience in a generalist advisory capacity
- Brilliant people skills
- Well organised and efficient
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HRIS.
