As a business analyst on StarCompliance's product team, you'll be responsible for reviewing inquiries, conducting investigations, performing prioritization and triage, and bringing issues and cases to resolution. This role plays a key part in optimizing our problem-solving approach and improving our product designs. The business analyst also has exposure to requirements gathering, user stories and workflow creation, and client suggestion review. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the product management team function and grow.
The business analyst will work with the product manager, product owner, scrum master, engineering teams, and customer success across multiple geographies. Reporting to the Product Manager, the business analyst will liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with our customer base and cross-functional teams to ensure that we understand our clients and support them the "right way".
