- Responsibilities:
- Manage your department's daily operations to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and salesfloor
- Act as a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives and train your team
- Ensure the store adheres to all NIKE standards and guidelines
- Lead a team that efficiently manages product receiving, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds visual presentation standards
- Oversee inventory processes to ensure the sales floor is consistently full, well-presented, and meets brand standards

- Work on achieving accurate inventory for digital orders
