**Senior Account Executive - £38,000 - £48,000 + Benefits

Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator with great negotiation skills, looking to take on a new challenge? Do you possess Commercial Insurance experience coupled with knowledge of commercial markets and industry network? If so, we have an excitingopportunity for you.


We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire to seek new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

You will work within a passionate and experienced team who strive every dayto provide the best solutions and service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Senior Account Executive, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and generate new business lead and cross-sale opportunities
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Utilise existing knowledge and expertise, providing technical advice where required
  • Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients
  • Maintain company standards in quality of solutions provided to clients, in line with FCA requirements
  • Contribute to and support the overall company growth.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Account Executive are:

  • 5+ Years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • Passionate and highly driven to be successful
  • Proven success and progression within previous roles
  • Ability to take ownership of own workload and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of commercial market and industry network
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with prospective and existing clients and insurers
  • Previous customer service and relationship management experience
  • Resilience when dealing with problems and challenges.
