I am looking to hire a Residential Support Worker for an Ofsted rated 'Good' therapeutic based children's home in Newcastle.

This service is home to 4 children aged 8-17 years who have social and emotional needs.


The ideal person will have experience in a similar setting and be looking for an opportunity to join a company that can offer great benefits and career progression.

You would need to hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare for the qualified position however, there is an opportunity for unqualified Residential Support Workers too.


The young people who live in the home are very settled which is a great indication of how smoothly the home is run.


Residential Support Worker Benefits
- £11.50 per hour (NVQ L3), £10.75 per hour (unqualified) plus £60 sleep night

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
