Sales and Reception Administrator
Salary:
£20k+ DOE
Hours:
Full Time working hours, Monday to Friday.

Our client is a leading worldwide supplier for the pharmaceutical industry. Currently established with a prestigious internal client portfolio, the company is planning for growth in 2023 and onwards.

The Key Duties of the Sales and Reception Administrator:
- Record all external visitor movements on site and greet in an appropriate professional manner.
- Answer the Company main switchboard in a professional manner ensuring all incoming calls are allocated to relevant internal employees.
- Distribute incoming mail and process all outgoing mail.
- Ensure all personnel wear protective foot wear, clothes and safety glasses when entering the shop floor.
- Prepare and design sales presentation templates to support the sales team in promoting the business and increasing awareness of ETL in the marketplace.
- Updating and maintaining the master sales log.
- Updating ERP System
- Syspro, including communicating updated information and issuing follow up reminders.
- Prepare and design sales presentation templates to support the sales team in promoting the business and increasing awareness of ETL in the marketplace.
- Preparing and coordinating sales material, for both the UK and international markets.
- Manage social media account and engage with other businesses.
The Key Requirements of the Sales and Reception Administrator:
- Attitude to want to continuously improve.
- Ability to work using your own initiative.
- Previous experience dealing with customer quotations beneficial.
- Previous working in an Engineering environment beneficial.
