    Build to Rent Account Manager| Home Made

    This role is one that requires extensive project management capabilities with a clear ability to plan and prioritise multiple objectives.


    Client Management and Onboarding:

    Full management of client's accounts and act as a trusted advisor to provide expert advice and recommendations on all aspects of the built-to-rent industry.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Produce high-quality reports that provide insightful analysis and recommendations.

    Provide regular updates to the senior management team regarding the performance of the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and any maintenance or repair issues that may arise.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other partners.

    Sales Funnel:

    Optimise the sales funnel for each account whilst identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rate.

    Work closely with the internal team to guide, train and support to effectively manage accounts.
    Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)

    Office location:
    London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)

    Salary:
    £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K
    Must have atleast 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
    Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
    Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
    Exceptional organisational and time management skills
