Description
2nd Line IT Support Analyst required for expanding IT Managed Services & Support Provider based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.


Salary:
£28K - £32K plus benefits


Location:
Huntingdon - office based


Job:

You will provide 2nd Line IT support to a range of customers - investigating, diagnosing and resolving 2nd Line incidents and service requests, escalating where necessary to 3rd line.

The job will also include implementation of client hardware and software to meet their requirements.

Their mission is to provide high end IT Support & Managed Services and you will play a key part.


Requirements:


  • 18 months + experience working in an IT Support / Service Desk environment with some 2nd line support.


  • Microsoft 365 certified

  • Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and

MTA:
Networking, Security & Windows Server Administrator.

  • Ability to support and implement customer hardware and software including: Windows Server, Windows Desktop, MS Exchange, AD, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services and Windows Operating Systems.


  • IT Networking

  • DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, WLAN and knowledge of VoIP telephony.
  • Good knowledge of mobile devices and peripherals
  • Apple and Android.
  • Able to prioritise, multitask and have strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
  • Flexible, fast learner able to adapt to new systems, software and environments.
  • Team player works collaboratively and shares technical knowledge with other team members.
