Joining us as a

Sales Support & Training Coordinator, you'll be part of a

connected team who truly represent The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan values through providing

leading support and

customer excellence to our customers who are a network of self-employed consultants, being their first point of contact for the business.


Location:
Corby, Northants - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site, including a team day on Wednesdays)


Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

In a varied role that combines

customer support,

consultant onboarding and

delivering virtual training sessions, we'll support you in getting up to speed with our business operations how we support our consultant network, utilising platforms such as

Zendesk,

Zoom and

MS Office.


Day to day you'll find yourself;

  • Building relationships with and acting as the first point of contact for our consultant network, managing queries and complaints through to resolution
  • Becoming an expert in all aspects of our Products, Plan and Programmes
  • Creating new, adapting existing and delivering content to consultant that is engaging and well received
  • Overseeing the UK&ROI selection and accreditation process, including adding and updating details within our ERP system
  • Working closely with other departments to provide insight on consultant activity and feedback
  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of our annual event calendar and administering consultant invites and attendance

Am I right the right person for this job?
You'll have a passion for providing

excellent customer service with demonstrable experience in

resolving customer queries, that has ideally been developed within a

customer facing role in a product or service environment. Other key success factors include;

  • Confident in your ability to create and present and engaging PowerPoint presentation, both virtually and/or face to face
  • Being an effective communicator, with an engaging persona
  • The ability to bring fresh ideas and knowledge, with the desire to continuously improve ways of working
  • Experience of using Zendesk and a Learning Management System (LMS) is desirable but not essential
