• SIA Licence required
• Experience as a Loading Bay Officer/Lead Officer/Team Leader/Supervisor is required
• Excellent levels of customer service at all times as well as communication both written & verbal
• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• To have a smart appearance befitting the company
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Be calm & confident under pressure in dealing with confrontational situations in a professional manner
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on your own

• To assist the Loading Bay Supervisor with daily deliveries, parking and collections to and from the estate.
• To adhere to your duties and responsibilities and follow the site procedures at all times and be willing to assist the security team as and when required.
• To demonstrate sheer dedication and professionalism in handling deliveries and when dealing with delivery drivers and couriers alike.
• To be able to communicate clearly with Estate Management, your colleagues as well as report any defects to the client's property to your Supervisor/Site Manager.
• To be able to bank/direct vehicles in and out of the vehicle lifts into the main street safely and securely to avoid any harm to yourself, colleagues and the general public.
• To adhere to the companies' Health and Safety as well as site rules and regulations.
• To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times
• To keep a proactive outlook & carry out regular patrols in conjunction with the extended security team.
• Liaise regularly with The Security Managers and Occupiers service teams ensuring that they are kept updated on all important aspects.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by CIS management.
• To be able to work as part of a team
