    Our West Hallam Fleet department have a great new opportunity for an experienced PDI Technician to join their them

    What Will You Be Doing?

    Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out pre-delivery inspections on all vehicles according to the pre-delivery inspection checklist.
  • Carrying out collection inspections on all vehicles prior to customer delivery, in line with the checklist.
  • Completing minor services on vehicles as required
  • Completing minor repairs where necessary.
  • To accessorise vehicles as and when required.
  • Ensuring all work carried out meets health and safety requirements along with meeting Pentagon and manufacturer standards of quality.
  • Reporting additional repair or safety issues to the Workshop Manager that require further work and cost.
  • The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm

    Who Are We Looking for?

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Workshop experience
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Great customer service skills
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • A Team Player mentality
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Repair alongside Main Dealer experience is a distinct advantage however isn't essential as full training will be provided.
