We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Officer, working within the vibrant Brunel Student Lettings Team reporting to the Operations and Facilities Manager of Student Living.

This role will form part of the team responsible for letting our Head Lease Tenancy Scheme Houses on behalf of private landlords - houses of multiple occupancy (HMO).

Together with managing our Brunel University owned properties, delivering the best off-campus experience for our students.

Main duties include, the day-to-day management of properties ranging from 1 bed flats to 6 bed houses.

This would include (but not limited to) reactive maintenance issues, planned preventative maintenance work, statutory compliance, record keeping, liaison with students, contractors and landlords.

Student Living is a large and diverse service that supports staff and students across their academic life cycle.

The Brunel Student Lettings team currently consists of 2 Property Officers working alongside other key stakeholders within Student Living and Brunel University.
