We are looking for an ambitious, customer focussed person to join our team and help us to grow by supporting our clients and providing fantastic care and advice in all things insurance related.

You may not know about insurance, you may already working in personal lines and are looking for a move to commercial, you may already be a great broker.

We would love to hear from anyone who feels that with the right training, support and opportunity they could be a success in this newly created role.

Working within the Existing Business team you will be responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.
Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets for customer service and renewals and retention.
Ensure that all work is FCA compliant and provide the highest of customer service to our potential and existing clients.

About you
As one of our Insurance Consultants, you'll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional in time

You should naturally have:

Great customer service and communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
Good attention to detail and can multitask, updating relevant systems and admin
Insurance or Financial Services background

- especially in Personal Lines such as Home or Motor (ideally)
