Are you a motivated Administrator who is looking for an exciting new role in a well established company in Nottingham? Do you have an interet in all things tech?If so, we have a fabulous Sales Administrator role that may be perfect for you.
We are working with a fantastic client based in Nottingham, who are looking to hire someone who is ambitious and creative to work alongside their sales team to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Educated to degree level, with a good level of working experience
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Proficient use of MS Office, in particular Excel (this is a key requirement)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent people skills and a great oral and written communicator
- Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy of work
- Proactive approach to problemsolving
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced, friendly and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Supporting the end to end sales process
- Processing purchase orders
- Entering accurate information to the company CRM system
- Maintaining client information and keeping this up to date
- Attend monthly sales meetings and creating the sales reports
- Provide admin support to account managers
- Create order documentation
Salary & Working Hours
£22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
