We have an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior to join one of the fastest growing firms in the UK.

• Location: Based in Reading
• Employment Type: Full-time, with a hybrid work model from Monday to Friday.
• Key

• Lead audit teams during client site visits.
• Allocate tasks to team members, overseeing progress and offering necessary guidance.
• Review the work of junior team members, identifying significant issues and communicating them to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
• Assist in supervising and providing work-based training for trainees as needed.

• Mid-corporates and Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
• Larger groups and entities with overseas subsidiaries.
• UK subsidiaries of international parent companies.
• Conducting specialist audits for Pension Schemes, Charities, Not for Profit Organisations, Solicitors, and FCA regulated entities.

• Partly qualified ACA or ACCA, with a minimum of 1 year's audit experience within a UK Accountancy Firm.
• Proficient in IT and familiar with computerised packages.
• Independent, with the ability to initiate tasks and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines under pressure.
