- Location: Based in Reading
- Employment Type: Full-time, with a hybrid work model from Monday to Friday.
- Key
- Lead audit teams during client site visits.
- Allocate tasks to team members, overseeing progress and offering necessary guidance.
- Review the work of junior team members, identifying significant issues and communicating them to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Assist in supervising and providing work-based training for trainees as needed.
- Mid-corporates and Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
- Larger groups and entities with overseas subsidiaries.
- UK subsidiaries of international parent companies.
- Conducting specialist audits for Pension Schemes, Charities, Not for Profit Organisations, Solicitors, and FCA regulated entities.
- Partly qualified ACA or ACCA, with a minimum of 1 year's audit experience within a UK Accountancy Firm.
- Proficient in IT and familiar with computerised packages.
- Independent, with the ability to initiate tasks and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines under pressure.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
