About us
Elevation Care Services is a growing Domiciliary care company in Milton Keynes. We provide high quality care to a range of Service Users with Learning Difficulties/Autism, mental health and challenging behaviour.

Supporting our Service Users with a person centered approach based on their needs, from outreach in their own homes to Supported Living in a 24/7 care environment with sleep ins and waking nights.

Our goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for our Service Users, to increase their independence and enjoy meaningful activities.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with Learning Difficulties/Autism, mental health and challenging behaviour.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
  • Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
  • Document and report any changes or concerns regarding the individual's wellbeing
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
  • Accurately record daily records and medication.

Requirements:


  • Driving license and access to own car is preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with diverse needs
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
