What you'll be doing

We have a unique opportunity ready for a Service Delivery Associate which will enable them to play a major part in the operation of varied new market arrangements all within our Wholesale Services function.

You the Service Delivery Associate will be working within Wholesale Service, a function right at the heart of Thames Water's market operations, providing essential support to our Wholesale customers.

Being the Service Delivery Associate in this position will see your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an excellent customer experience meeting the Thames Water standards and industry Market Codes
  • Continuously demonstrating Thames Water values, sharing gained business knowledge within your team and developing best practices for delivering to our Wholesale customers
  • Carrying out accurate work that complies with Wholesale Service Desk processes, market requirements and regulatory requirements, ultimately meeting agreed SLA's and KPI's
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise best practices through minimizing operating costs and any potential market risks

What you should bring to the role
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused individual passionate with regard to delivering great customer excellence.- You will be an effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal

  • You will be comfortable and professional with dealing with customers, having a background in delivering customer service excellence, utilising effective problems solving skills and negotiation handling

This is a Temporary position set to end in March 2023 with possible extensions thereafter.

This opening is offering up to £23,000 per annum salary (pro rata) depending on experience and suitability for the role.
