- Knowledge of Epicor, including BAQs, BPMs, and Functions
- Knowledge of Hyper-V failover clustering
- Knowledge of server backup and restore operations including third-party tools
- Working with 3rd parties for troubleshooting and developing solutions
- Knowledge and experience of IT security and cyber protection. Databases, Firewalls, intrusion detection industry best practices and user support
- SSRS report writing
- SSMS for database management

- Understanding of multi-tiered applications
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Experience in developing solutions using C#, .NET and SQL Server
