    To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
    • Working knowledge of Service Delivery methodologies and security standards, ITIL and ISO27001
    • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to determine the approximate impact of each issue quickly
    • Good people (user) management and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
    • Knowledge of security best practices and how these can be optimised in an ERP operational environment
    • Willingness to work outside of regular UK office hours, to support maintenance requirements and to react to exceptional work requirements
    • Windows server task scheduling
    • SQL queries for generating data and reporting
    • MS SQL server management, including backup and restore, recovery models, and maintenance tasks
    • Knowledge of Epicor, including BAQs, BPMs, and Functions
    • Knowledge of Hyper-V failover clustering
    • Knowledge of server backup and restore operations including third-party tools
    • Working with 3rd parties for troubleshooting and developing solutions
    • Knowledge and experience of IT security and cyber protection. Databases, Firewalls, intrusion detection industry best practices and user support
    • SSRS report writing
    • SSMS for database management
    • Desirable programming experience with .Net
    • Understanding of multi-tiered applications
    • Knowledge of relational databases
    • Experience in developing solutions using C#, .NET and SQL Server
    • Good SQL/T-SQL skills – advanced queries, stored procedures, cursors
    • Experience with REST APIs
    • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
    • Ability to gather requirements, produce estimates, create designs
    • Skilled at producing elegant, maintainable cod
    • Experience writing functional and regression tests
    • Good at communicating (written and verbal) with Business users, other technical teams and management
    • Ability to work as part of a team, and be able to lead and mentor team members
    • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
    • Thought leader and change agent
    • Knowledge of the Epicor ERP/Kinetic Products
    • Ability to customise ERP/Kinetic – UIs, BPMs, Functions, SDK
    • Use of Epicor Administration Console
    • Experience of other Epicor Products – ECM, IDC, Quick Ship
    • Experience with SFDC, BarTender, and papercut
