PI, MOJ Fee Earner

HOURS:
Full Time, 9-5

Location:
Liverpool City Centre, office based.

Salary:
£23K - £28K

London Law firm with a branch office in Liverpool is looking for experience personal injury fee earners / litigation paralegals.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

You will be joining a team that combines forward thinking with their extensive experience earning a fantastic national reputation.

You will be working side by side the head of department. Managing all small claims, Personal Injury, MOJ portal. You will have the opportunity to work on higher value more complex, serious injury files in time too.
Assistant the director to manage a caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims.
Dealing with stages 1 and 2 of the claim's portal process.
Liaising with clients and third parties to process claims within a legislative time frame.
Gathering and submitting evidence to support claims.
Preparing claim evidence for court proceedings as required.
Opportunity to work on higher value, serious injury files.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience handling your own caseload of Personal Injury Files
MOJ Portal Experience.

MOJ Portal fee earner
Senior Personal injury Paralegal
Litigation Paralegal
