HSEQ Advisor - EV Charging Installation
Reading, Berkshire
£35,000-£40,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Excellent training and progression program + Great benefits

Excellent role for a HSEQ advisor looking to work for a rapidly growing, industry leading business within the EV sector, where a training and progression route is mapped out for you to move up into senior management and beyond, whilst getting expert industrytraining.

The company is a leading ICP and EV ChargePoint installer serving commercial clients across all of the UK.

They offer a full turnkey service comprising connections to the grid, civil engineering services, and full installation of electric vehicle chargers.

To date they have completed just under 1,000 projects in just under 3 years of business, currently have over 200 projects ongoing and cover across the UK.

They do work on behalf of all the house hold names in the industry and are fast becoming one themselves, as well as the go to company in the industry to give projects to.

In this role you will help deliver the companies safety, environmental and quality programme.

You will provide support and advice to contractors on site and other staff relating to occupational safety, health, environmental and quality matters.

Provide an assuranceand audit/inspection role in the company, dealing with legislation, compliance.

You will be able to play a pivotal role in the development of the QHSE plan and objectives for the business moving forward, and be able to progress into leadership roles growing a team around you.

The role:
*Be a key figure in the business to develop QHSE plan
*Deliver the safety, environmental and quality programme
*£35,000-£40,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Excellent training and progression program + Great benefits

The person:
*Must have minimum of NEBOSH or equivalent
*Must be happy to travel (company paid for) covering from Midlands down to south coast - South UK
