Description
You core responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a senior member of the team, provide advice and support to Associate and Technical lead levels
Develop strong customer relationships through direct communication with customers and third parties to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Where possible to deliver proactive & preventative customer support activities.
Ensure all technical project deliverables are clearly defined, documented, scheduled and delivered.
Provide timely & consistent technical direction to support Implementation Consultants who are engaged in professional services deployments.
Monitor all customer incidents and service requests and collaborate with support teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.
What you can bring to the role:
Applicants will ideally come from a similar customer facing technical role.
You should be knowledgeable about a range of project management processes and techniques, and additionally have solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, AWS, Azure etc.
You should have expertise in numerous operating systems such as Windows and Linux, and good understanding of database fundamentals. Knowledge of Tribal's SITS product is essential, along with a strong working knowledge HE organisations.
Alongside your technical abilities you must be an excellent communicator, be adept at creating strong and lasting customer relationships, and be a natural problem solver.
