Job Title:
Sales Administrator


Location:
Horsham - rural location so own transport is needed


Salary:
£24,000pa


The Role:


  • Provide quotes and advise on delivery timescales
  • To provide accurate and uptodate information to customers in relation to products and parts.
  • Take sales orders from customers and maximise the sales with related components accessories.
  • Process incoming sales orders
  • Provide support the fieldbased sales representatives
  • Following up quotations where required
  • Negotiate pricing terms

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Previous sales administration experience with ability to upsell
  • Ability to work with a very comprehensive product list
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Pc literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Good numeracy skills in order to calculate correct pricing of products and parts
