About The Role:


Here at Housing Solutions, we have a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in facilitating the learning and development of your colleagues.

With a real drive to grow our own talent and ensuring we are compliant you will support with organising and completing administration for all aspects of learning - from managing the learning inbox and incoming queries, researching providers and negotiating the best deals, coordinating e-learning systems, to ensuring that all learning events run smoothly and are recorded in good time.


About you:


We are looking for a highly organised individual who enjoys juggling a varied workload keeping all aspects of learning moving along and to schedule.

Confidence using IT systems is essential as you will be the lead for the learning and performance modules of the HR system and the e-learning platforms.

You will be a champion of learning and a great example to others in your own development. A good team player, you will be ready to support in any administration task for the wider HR team. If you are interest in starting your career in learning and development this role will help you get t.
