About The Role:

If you're passionate about good communication, and making a difference to people's lives, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for an exceptional Communications Assistant to join our busy team, supporting all aspects of internal and external communications, building our profile and strengthening our brand.


Reporting to our PR & Communications Manager, you'll work collaboratively, championing impactful communication across a range of traditional and digital media, incorporating design, video and audio to best effect.

You'll lead on the production of all Housing Solutions' copy, helping us to deliver high resident satisfaction and extend our reach & engagement with stakeholders.

You'll spearhead our social media communication, producing quality content to connect with residents and monitoring engagement to refine our messaging.

You'll support planned campaigns and involvement events to strengthen our partnerships and oversee our website content and evolution in line with our digital strategy.

About You:

You're looking for a busy role w no two days are the same. You have experience of working in a marketing or communications environment incorporating social media & stakeholder management.

You have superb planning and organisational skills, can talk to and write for people at all levels, have first class attention to detail and can produce eye-catching content for any audience.

You'll be educated to GCSE level or equivalent ideally having a digital and/or graphic design qualification or certification. You'll be self-motivated and self-managing, able to prioritise and run competing projects to a high standard.


You'll need a flexible approach to work, as some out of hours work may be required to support our campaigns, as well as a full UK driving licence and the use of a car insured for business use.
