About The Role
We are looking for an experienced CX Assistant to provide administration support for the Digital Contact Team by reviewing jobs raised by residents on the resident portal and app, and supporting the CX Advisors and Works Planning Team in their role.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day reviewing, logging and scheduling of responsive jobs received on the resident portal & app.
You will have responsibility to ensure all emergency out of hours work, and follow-on work is recorded on our systems correctly.
You will need to provide a first-class customer service to customers contacting the service, undertaking outbound calls and working collaboratively with the planning team and DLO supervisors to make amendments to repair appointments where appropriate.
You will need to work with management and team members to meet team targets and continuously improve the service while adhering to group policy and procedures when responding to customer inquiries and ensuring department targets for responses are met.
About You

You will need experience of working in a customer service role and have experience in using a range of repair and CRM computer systems.
Ideally you will also have experience of working in the housing or repairs sector environment.
To handle customer enquiries in an empathetic manner, you must be an effective communicator with the ability to remain calm when handling sensitive/difficult calls.
Experience working in a busy customer service department, as well as excellent listening and numeracy skills, are also required for this role.
