We are looking for
a Graduate Help Desk Consultant to join our team, immediate start available. This is a full-time position working from our Warrington office, paying a basic salary £20,000.00-£25, benefits

Customer Help Desk Consultant, we can provide you with a whole host of training on our processes, products, and servicesso all we require in return is a can-do attitude, a motivation to solve problems, collaboration, and the ability to work as a team.

Joining us as one of our
Customer Help Desk Consultant, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work at pace with strong attention to detail.

You will also be open to always _finding a better way_ of working and supporting our customers.

You will be joining a close knit high performing team with a positive, friendly, helpful, open and transparent culture. If successful in this
Graduate Help Desk Consultant role, you will be trained, developed, supported, and coached.

The key to this role is the ability and love of problem solving, helping clients and colleagues, and completing tasks.
