Recruitment Officer - Colchester Business Park, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
This successful applicant will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, duties will include:- Utilise online recruitment methods such as job boards and social media
- Managing and updating job adverts to ensure the best possible exposure
- Working with recruitment agencies and the local jobcentres
- Utilising as many recruitment methods as possible to attract new carers
- Liaise with the Managing Director, managers and coordinators regarding recruitment needs
- Sending out new contracts of employment
- Liaise with payroll with regards to new starters and leavers
- Carrying out exit interviews
Skills and Requirements:
- One year minimum of recruitment experience
- Experience using online job boards and social media
- Knowledge of highvolume recruitment advantageous
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Selfmotivated
