Description
This successful applicant will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, duties will include:

  • Utilise online recruitment methods such as job boards and social media
  • Managing and updating job adverts to ensure the best possible exposure
  • Working with recruitment agencies and the local jobcentres
  • Utilising as many recruitment methods as possible to attract new carers
  • Liaise with the Managing Director, managers and coordinators regarding recruitment needs
  • Sending out new contracts of employment
  • Liaise with payroll with regards to new starters and leavers
  • Carrying out exit interviews

Skills and Requirements:


  • One year minimum of recruitment experience
  • Experience using online job boards and social media
  • Knowledge of highvolume recruitment advantageous
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Selfmotivated
