We are retained by one of the UK's leading specialist contractors who due to continued success in the UK market place are seeking to recruit a Commercial Solar Designer in Cambridge.


Responsibilities:


  • Designing commercialscale solar PV systems (30KW and above)
  • Ensuring designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Managing projects from design to commissioning
  • Providing technical support and training to junior designers and installation teams Requirements:
  • Proven experience designing commercial-scale solar PV systems (30KW and above)
  • Strong technical knowledge of the solar industry and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to design and work with new technologies and cloudbased file storage systems
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Benefits:
