As a Receptionist at easyJet, your main responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day running of the property and facilities functions for the company.

This includes an interesting mix of activities to support the effective, secure, and safe operation of the easyJet Facilities team.

The role is full-time, working 40 hours per week, and is based at various locations within the London Luton airport area, including the training academy, head office, and Capability Green.

The receptionists work on a shift basis, so flexibility to work different shifts during the week is required.


As a receptionist at easyJet, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and resolving any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Additionally, you will need to ensure that keys and equipment are properly signed in and out, undertake regular facility checks, communicate updated information to visitors and staff, and deal directly with service providers as needed.

Other responsibilities include ordering and distributing stationary supplies, monitoring and overseeing staff and visitor car parking, sorting and distributing post, and serving as a first aid and fire officer.

What you need to do the role


To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and administrative skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.

Additionally, you should be proactive in solving problems, have a friendly, professional, and calm manner, and have the ability to work under pressure and resolve difficult situations.

Strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work different shifts are also essential. You must also live and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.


Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Hangar 89, Luton Airport, and will be 40 hours per week. Some overseas travel will be required.
