Description

Individual Giving Manager, an fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful National Social Welfare Charity, based in Central London. Offering a hybrid working pattern of remote and office based.

You will join the charity at a very exciting time of investment and development across all areas of fundraising, including Individual Giving.

The IG team are investing in new ways to attract, retain and steward supporters. And with greater cross organisationalcollaboration, are focused on further development of supporter engagement and journeys.

As the Individual Giving Manager, working closely with the Assistant Director of Individual Giving, and managing an Individual Giving Assistant, you will;

Writing briefs and content, maintaining consistency of tone of voice, key messages to appropriate audiences across all communications.
Work with data team for accuracy of selections and segmentation, mapping out Supporter Journeys for Cash and Regular Givers, Face to Face, Mid Value supporters and others.
Manage a portfolio of suppliers and agencies, ensuring they are briefed in a timely manner to deliver the programme on time and on budget.
Meet agreed level of income and expenditure from cash appeals, regular giving and online.
Monitor, evaluate and forecast the performance of each campaign.
Work closely with the Gifts in Wills Manager and Philanthropy Manager to ensure appropriate identification and stewardship of supporters.
