NL Recruitment is currently looking for a
Head of Fundraising for a charity that provides support and protection to children's rights.

As the Head of Fundraising, you will be leading a high performance fundraising programme that accelerates income growth of the organisation

You will also:

Be responsible for the overall income target and continuous growth over the next five years to realise the ambition of the organisation
Lead the development and ownership of a 5year fundraising strategy to retain and grow funding from Institutional, Trust and Foundation, Philanthropy, Corporate, Individual Giving and Community and Challenge donors
Produce and present annual income and expenditure budgets
Build and maintain highperforming fundraising team and set quality standards and meaningful KPIs

Our client is looking for a passionate
Head of Fundraising who will be the role model of the organisation's principles and values

You will also have:

Passion about the organisation's cause, vision, values and principles
A track record of building and retaining successful supporter relationships and securing 6+ figure gifts
Confidence in networking, public speaking and relationship building
Competent at producing and understanding numbers and data

The role is offered permanent, full-time with flexible working arrangements.
