    Description

Higher are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the HR and Marketing professions. We are pleased to inform you of a new role that we are working on for one of our clients:

    Position: Marketing Executive

    Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

    Location: Skelmersdale (Office based)

    What's the background?

When did the jack of all trades, master of none win? Right here, that's where

You're someone with one heck of a tool kit. A marketing wizard who can boost ranking through savvy SEO strategyies one day, writing a newsletter the next, and spotting an opportunity to capture some video content for a social media post an hour later.

You have these awesome talents but you feel stifled where you are currently and fancy a bit of creative freedom to express your ideas and be given the licence to go full steam ahead with them.

Well then you might be exactly the person we're looking for. But only if you're wanting to join a market leader at an exciting time in their growth.

    Responsibilities:

The role of the Marketing Executive is a broad, meaty, yet rewarding one. However, as you can tell we're after someone unique for this exciting opportunity.

You'll need to have a solid knowledge of SEO strategies and be able tocreate copy with the right keywords to boost ranking. You'll understand the importance of analysing the ROI for PPC spending and have a track record in delivering great results in terms of sales lead generation from these activities.

You don't need to be a graphic designer but an eye for design is needed to content, newsletters, banners, and internal documents using Adobe or Canva or similar tools. You'll also take stock photos to be used across the website, brochures etc.

Then there's the ability to create social media content that engages the audience. You'll be that person who can seize an opportunity by whipping out your phone and recording a quick video if you see something interesting and think "oooh, that'd make a great post".

Finally, you'll have experience of managing a CRM and be able to do target market segmentation for email campaigns.

So let's focus on you and your growth now. Think about being the person who has the freedom to come up with the ideas about what could work and then being able to implement them. How liberating and awesome would your days be knowing your ideas are the ones generating results?
However, you're not alone. You'll be reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director but they're there to enable you, not block you.

    Experience needed:

    • Solid understanding of SEO principles and PPC
    • Experience of using a CRM to run email campaigns
    • Able to do some design work and use tools such as Canva or Photoshop etc
    • Experience in google Analytics, SEMRUSH or equivalent platforms to gage traffic and footprint
    • Experience in using lead generation platforms (Lead Forensics, Zoom Info etc)
    • Driving licence
