- To organize and carry out all assigned tasks to a high standard.
- To adhere to statutory regulations and ensure compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines.
- To deliver both proactive and reactive cleaning services, identifying areas needing immediate attention as well as long-term maintenance.
- To keep high-traffic areas such as toilets and corridors clean by performing direct cleaning after school hours.
- To participate in relevant training, both internal and external, as instructed by superiors.
- To operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- To maintain awareness of Health and Safety protocols for personal and others' well-being.
- To complete all cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- To wear provided personal protective equipment while on duty.
- To promptly report any building or facility damage or faults to supervisors.
- To ensure correct stock levels of cleaning supplies and timely ordering through the school office.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on the role's grade, provided they are within the post-holder's capabilities.
