    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join our growing team.

    As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance client engagement, drive customer loyalty, and maximise revenue opportunities.

    Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
    Utilise CRM tools and platforms to analyse customer data, track KPIs, and measure campaign performance.
    Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience management.
    Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on CRM performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

    Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
    Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
