Customer service advisor - £20k - Bath

Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with an Insurance Company as they look to take on a new Customer Service advisor.

What we're looking for:
A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent)
Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy.
A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required,
The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
Enjoy problem solving and work as part of small team with a positive can-do attitude
The ability to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.

As a trainee, you will start your career by gaining your licensing in all Personal and Motor insurance products
