Role - Customer Service Advisor


Location - Preston (Onsite)


Salary - up to £


We have an exciting temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor position within the Utilities Sector.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take great pride in ensuring all inbound and outbound calls, webforms etc within the busy contact centre are handled accuracy and efficiency whilst providing all customers with an excellent customer positive experience.

You will have experience working with vulnerable customers, be able to build rapport and effectively manage queries and concerns. Passionate about achieving the highest level of customer service.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Log and record all customers queries accurately.
  • To maintain data cleansing activities and updating of customer records as required.
  • Managing customer expectations as well as setting and agreeing timescales for actions to be performed
  • Recognising any issues requiring escalation and handling these in a timely and positive manner.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,338.60 per year
