Crew Records Coordinator to join our busy Resource and Crew Planning Team.

-
Crew Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate Crew Records for all Pilots and Cabin Crew.
What Do We Need You to Do?

Work in a timely manner to ensure all required information is available to the Crew Training & Crewing Teams at all times
Ensure vital items such as Crew licenses and flying approvals are kept fully up to date
Verify detail/record accuracy and ensure updates are made in a timely manner.
Prepare files for new joiners and proactively work towards the collection and upload of all relevant documentation, including monitoring expiry dates where relevant
Assist with the regular internal auditing of Crew records to identify any out of date or incorrect documentation

What do we need you to be?

Accurate with
exceptional attention to detail:
The ability to work with high volumes of technical data
Experience using digital record keeping systems, with a logical, methodical approach
Excellent

time management skills and the ability to work accurately and quickly
