Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an Independent Town Planning Practice with the hire of a Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Beaconsfield, on a permanent basis.

Our client specialising in securing planning consents for clients across England, providing guidance and planning services for private homeowners/landowners, national corporate organisations, housing associations, to local businesses.

Working within the small, experienced and busy planning team, the successful Graduate Town Planner will help provide the following services to your clients;

• Planning Applications
• Planning Appeals
• Land Promotion
• Project Management
• Affordable Housing & S106 Negotiations

Graduate Town Planners should hold a Planning or similar qualification, and ideally some planning experience. Applicants will need to hold a UK driving licence.
