KEY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

The Opportunity


We are a cleaning, security and soft services business operating from regional offices UK wide, serving clients in sectors that include: Commercial, Corporate, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Manufacturing and Education.


We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and the development of our staff through regular training and a shared sense of responsibility, with a family-feel to our business.


A position for a skilled Key Account Director has arisen to take overall responsibility for specific named FM accounts (Tier One) and identify new FM opportunities (Tier Two).

Responsibilities will include new business and account development, relationshipmanagement, solution development, and to project manage / facilitate mobilisations' across the UK


The Package
£75k-£90k basic

Bonus

Car or Car Allowance

Central London

35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)


The Role of the Key Account Director

Commercial

  • To achieve an agreed revenue target annually
  • Developing strong networks in the FM arena
  • Lead and oversee the sales process to successful mobilisation
  • To provide a central point of contact to tier 1 and tier 2 FM clients in the UK
  • Ownership of commercial relationships of each named account
  • To acquire a deep understanding of all internal stakeholder interests in new business, growth and retention.

Account Management

  • Building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in Key Account Clients
  • Develop specific account strategies using knowledge to respond effectively to changing requirements and tailored solutions stating: Turnover objectives & Growth objectives

Reporting

  • Own central account documentation and updates including:
  • Measure the performance of our services through the analysis of key performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance through process of quality controls and audits
  • Escalation and Communications Plans
  • Account Strategy

The Person

  • Previous experience of working in or for FM companies and partners
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms
  • Prepared and implemented personalised account plans
  • An intimate understanding of cleaning or security and other soft or hard services
  • Experience of key account management nationally and multisite
