Your role:

• Provide guidance to UBS entities in UK, Jersey, and Guernsey on data privacy matters, including personal data collection, processing, and adherence to data protection principles.
• Act as a point of contact for data subjects and ensure compliance with data protection laws and UBS policies.
• Participate in breach incident process in case of data breaches.
• Communicate with data protection authorities and prepare necessary reports.
• Assist in the management of ad hoc data protection issues.
• Support the implementation of Data Protection Office Processes.

Your team:

The Group Data Protection Office, part of Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance, oversees UBS' adherence to data privacy laws and regulations globally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy or related fields.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws in the UK, Jersey, and Guernsey.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
