    The role


    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate / Senior Negotiator to join our successful Estate Agency team in South Kensington.

    This opportunity would suit a self-starting, highly motivated, individual seeking a career changing opportunity. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry.

    Key deliverables

    Responsibilities


    • Generate new business and identify opportunities for growth
    • Market appraisal generation and winning instructions
    • Sell all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business
    • Demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding target
    • Develop relationships and work closely with clients & contacts to secure future instructions/business
    • Offer a first class level of customer service at all times
    • Networking both internally and externally
    • Grow market share
    • Canvass for new business opportunities
    • Promote positive culture within office, development of colleagues, collaboration and leadership
    Key Skills


    • Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
    • Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure
    • Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
    • Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents

    • Microsoft Office and Excel to a good level
    • An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum

    EXPERIENCE

    • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Previous administration experience
    • Previous experience of working to deadlines
