We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Senior Operational Leader who has a passion for the fast paced delivery of site operations and shows commitment to ensuring safe, timely & high quality care for our patients.

This post is an essential part of our expanding Corporate Operations Team supporting both Non-Elective & Planned Care pathways.

Supporting the Head of Operations, you will lead and manage the capacity team to deliver clear and sustainable processes that support our staff and patients using our services.

You will have proven experience of supporting and developing teams to provide safe and outstanding care and be committed to improving the patient experience across our Trust.

The post holder will provide innovative and transformational leadership; have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to prioritisation of a busy and diverse workload.
